SHIPMENTS LEGAL? Moto gear to other countries...

Searched and didn't see anything pertaining directly, but, are there any countries on the planet in which Moto's should NOT be shipped to (i.e. from eBay etc.), from the U.S.A.? I would assume there may be some considerations (legal, etc.) for some.......anyone know?
