It should thake the 1225 RSS, and that package is for windows 3.1, 95 & 98.

Here is the details on the programming cable, it uses 2 contacts on the battery.

Looking at battery from rear contacts left to right

X1 X2 X3 X4

X2 Data Ground goes to BUSS +

X3 Data Input goes to ground

Rib connections are the same as Maxtrac cable. needs the jumper.

This info IS on BatLabs site.

Easy to build a programming adapter from an old charging cradle. Unless you use a one-hour charger base, you will have to move some contacts around, as they left the BUS+ contact out of the 8-hour charging base. Just attach the cable to the base of the contacts inside the base, and wire the RIB end the same as a GM300.

Raymond, sorry, but the GP series uses an entirely different cable/adapter than the P1225.

Quite simple to do, really. If you have a rapid charger base, all nessasary contacts are already there. Just connect two wires out of a cable of some sort to the base of the contacts, and the other end of the wires to the proper pins of a DB25 to fit the RIB (don't forget to jump pins 4 & 11 at the RIB end).

If you don't have the quick charger base, the data pin is missing. You will have to canabalise one from another charger if you want to still be able to charge with it, or move one of the outside pins to that position if you will not need to be able to charge with it.

As with J.Sanor, I can send you some pics of mine if need be, to get you started in the right direction.

It simple to build one out of a P1225 battery by soldering 2 wires onto the rear of the battery and running them into a DB25 for the RIB.
