GP 328/338 Problem

Guys,
my gp328/338 can't lock the freq, if i push the ptt it's beep.
it still can be read using rss but it's cannot be written.
how i can fix it?

What is the full model number of the unit. If I have a file that will suit I will email it to you. I wouldn't go paying for a codeplug just yet.
