CommSpec SS-32 Tone Board Information Needed

I have several new SS-32 tone boards but, no instructions for hooking them up. I would appreciate any information so I can put these to use and set the tones they generate.

So, I am in need of the instruction sheet, a link to where I can D/L that information or if someone would kindly forward a scanned copy of the instructions that would make a nice Christmas present!
