MTX8000, MTX9000, MTX838, MT2000, MTS2000 (if not already programmed with a higher version of CPS)...I think that's it.

Can they be programed out of band? Looking for 118 to 136MHz.

That freq range is intended for AM. The above radios will only do FM.

Nope. Motorola haven't manufacturered air band radios for a very long time.

You might be able to force a highband VHF radio to go down there, but you'd be wasting your time, because you couldn't listen to anything anyway.

the lowest i've ever gotten anything to work is 199.000 and it didn't work very good.
