Microphone Wiring??

What radios do you own?: Moto Syntor x9000

Microphone Wiring??

I have a Moto Desc mic model TMN1008C

Has the following color wires

Black
Brown
Green
White
Braid

Can someone tell me what each go to... I want wire this to my Ham radio...

Black=ground
Brown=mic audio hi
Green=ptt
White=pl monitor
Braid=mic audio low

So is the mic audio Hi + and the mic audio low -????

Yes, the MIC HI is the signal lead and has bias on it from the radio, also reffered to as + or Positive.

The MIC LO is the shield or low side and goes to low level ground in the radio.
