Touch Screen for "MDT"

Looking for a vendor that supplies touch screens for use with mobile data terminals. Need to go the touch screen route because of limited space in a vehicle. Doesn't need to be huge. Max resolution needed is perhaps 600x800, maybe 1024x768 depending on how I end up configuring it.

Not sure how the touch screens interface with the actual unit itself. Looking for something with a VGA and Serial interface, VGA and PS2, or VGA and USB.
