Help with Federal Vista Bar

I have a Federal Vista bar, series A, and I need the part number for the intersection strobe tube. It may be called a secondary strobe tube. It is a spiral tube with a rubber base and wires to lugs. Also, who are some Federal parts distributors that sell to installers?
