VHF MCX1000 Alignment

Is there a quick and dirty alignment procedure for the MCX1000? This one is tuned for 165-170 MHz and is therefore nearly deaf on 2m where I need it to be able to hear.

I assume that you are looking for a work around the needing of an RF millivoltmeter and the right probe adapter? I am not sure there is a good way to get past this, unless a try and try again adjusting approach of the slugs with a signal generator into the antenna connector and comparing the sensitivity...this may be a very difficult road to hoe.
