Ill take some pics of the antennas and the "stuff" under the back seat and the "business" side of the console area when I have everything done...done.

I really like the MW800. The price was right for it. Only thing is I wish it had 2.0 USB ports rather than 1.1

Looks good. Nice job with the W3 heads.

I'd like a HHCH for my VHF Orion....maybe someday.

Very nice!

Ill try to answer some questions:

The console is a 24" Havis Shields console. It was originally a taller console but I used the front and back from my old 18" low profile console and had a local aluminum shop cut a couple of 24" center aluminum pieces for it and spray painted them black, so now its a low profile 24" console.

Yes that is a digital voltmeter between the mics. I have no idea what brand it is, I got it from JCWhitney years ago.

The passenger seat can lean back especially if I take the maglight charger off its mount which takes a couple of seconds. The truck isn't made for front seat passenger comfort anyway. :)

I have the D700A dual band antenna mounted on a fender mount on the driver side fender. I have a 1/4 uhf, dual band cell/pcs antenna and 1/4 wave vhf antenna mounted down the middle of the roof.

Im hoping to get the install cleaned up in the near future plus mount a 2nd battery under the hood, the weather is turning cold here so I better get moving.

Nice and clean... may I ask what the blue box is in front (or behind) of the MW800 brains?

Also, anyone know if it's possible to get just the MW800 keyboard alone? Of course, I guess that doesn't help the proprietary connector though.

Edit: Nevermind, did my Motorola and Google search, came up with the MW800 backlit USB keyboard as FLN9890 and lists for $294. The MW800 manual seems to indicate that the keyboard assembly is USB and is terminated with a standard USB-A plug that goes into the back of the display. Is that correct?

Backlit keyboard, FLN9890, $294
1200NIT XVGA (1024x768) screen, FLN3167B, $error
300NIT SVGA (800x600) screen, FLN3157B, $not yet available

Can't find the screens without Bluetooth (FLN3168, FLN3169)

I suspect the blue box is a cell phone amp for his Aircard... looks very much like mine!

The MW800 keyboard IS a USB plug... however, the plug on the keyboard has some additional molding to allow it to screw down to the display. A short USB extension would solve the issue and allow you to interface that keyboard to anything else.

The display, on the other hand... that's special. I suspect it's a special connector with either DVI or VGA on some of the pins, but you'd have to do some studying on it.

Very nice. How'd that MN-STAR harness work for you?

Next time I roll up to the academy, I need to try and swing over your way....I'd love to see that in person.
