Using WINMDC what does op and arg mean?

Op is the MDC-1200 Operand/Operation (MDC-1200 does many functions)
Arg is a argument for the Operand/Operation.

Just to add detail to gatekeeper's post.
Op encodes what you want to do (eg PRE PTT ID, POST PTT ID, Alert etc) Arg encodes either your radio ID or the destination radio ID.

Op appears to have a few bits set aside to define the class of operation (eg PTT ID) and a few bits as modifiers (eg Emergency, Pre/Post) etc

I usually drag those 2 columns over so they are hidden and only the Date/Time, PTT ID and Description show. Makes it a little easier to read.
