User Agreements

Post by Andre »

I used the Search Feature and could not come up with anything. No luck w/ Google either....

I am looking to generate a form for my Department to allow neighboring Depts the use of Freqs that we hold licenses for. Essentially, I believe, it would be a "Frequency User Agreement" or such... I am looking for sample forms from others to guide me thru what ours should include. Any input or assistance would be appreciated.

What radios do you own?: HT1550's, X9000's, CDM1550's

i'm not positive but in that situation i think they would have to be employees or have a license. but i guess if they are not abusing anything or talking over anyone you probablly won't be hastled about it. if nobody complains the fcc probablly won't go looking for you. but it's great that you are trying to find out.

I would think that as long as the nighboring department(s) are within the Frequency's operating radius [Per the specifications on the FCC License] and that enough units are registered (Usually good to say about 200 or so) and operating at the correct power output [again Per the spec's on the license] than it should be ok, no?

yeah I "guess" we wouldn't want to "hastle" anyone

thank you for the very educated legal opinion.

Original Poster - try this link - should give you some ideas.

I do not recommend copying it. It only illustrates the concept
of what the agreement should include
