MTR2000 Bad UHF 100W PA-4ea-M33P68 Transistors-Sub or Source

I have a MTR2000 uhf 100 Watt 403-470 MHz Base/Repeater... it only puts out 25 Watts Max... the PA is Bad... The isolator is good...can the transistors in the final(4ea) be found or is there a substitute...

Any help would be welcomed...does anyone have the replacement substrates with the transistors already mounted...TTE6322B

Thanks...Phil
