HT1000 channel bandwidth

Post by N2YP »

Can one program the HT-1000 for a bandwidth of 12.5? If so how? Can I program channel 1 with a bandwidth of 12.5 and channel 2 a bw of 25 and so on. TIA

Sure can, from the programing page where you have the individual channel info. displayed (freq,PL,etc.) there's one of the F keys designated
'channel options' or similar wording and when you go to that page there's
a selectable bandwith for the channel.

Make sure that the Model number for the HT1000 ends in "DN", if its AN or BN it probably won't work as those radios were produced before the 12.5kHz implementation.

That's what I've been told anyways.
