We have about 70 Motorola Spectra 800Mhz (police) to tune and we have some difficulties.

We bought the RSS, an ifr and the programming kit (the rib and cables).

Now, in the RSS, all values are relative, and the rss manual says to look in the service manual for the right values. We don't have the service manual but we have the detailed service manual, which we don't really understand. The detailed service manual seems to be for hardware troubleshooting, and we know for sure our radios are ok, we just want to fine tune them. Would the normal service manual help us in anyway? Thank you
