New Rescue Truck

Post by KG4LHQ »

2008 Ford F-550 SuperDuty 4x4

Thought I would share pics - Will take more upon delivery.

Not sure if the doors are roll up or the other way. I have not seen the truck yet as I'm not high enough on the totem pole lol

Ignore the bottom picture as it is a different pic of roll up doors.

Here are new pics of it at state fire school:

We have a similar rescue truck. Those Tomar LED packages really stick out (not in a good way) on that truck. Would have done the rollup's and a different light package.

Use to not being a rollup door fan due to the northeast weather, but actually does work well (as long as you rinse the dirt out of them every so often).

I'd also get ride of that rear view mirror as you will find light reflections at night off the diamond plate tends to reflect right into it.
Lowband radio. The original and non-complicated wide area interoperable communications system
