Bad Taste and MY Fault "This Site, Ham radio and Motoro

Post by Adamwest »

Hi
Thank you for pulling my post I put on the site. It was wrong of me to post that I am truly sorry. I asked a question in the forum about the new motorola radios HT and EX series coming in different colors. Well some of the reply I got back made me mad. So I wrote some things I should not of about ham radio, motorola and this site. I am pretty sure someone complained about my comments which I figured they would. But my bad and it will not happen again!!!

Think it was pretty manly of you to apologize - sometimes things are posted in rage (I know ive done it before ). Apology accepted, at least by me!

Hopefully I speak for the rest of the community, with an appology accepted. Thanks Matt too for your comments regarding the issue.

I know Adam has been around the board for a while (I remember him a few times from the old board) and it didn't strike me as normal for him.

Adam -

I did get your email, no problem at all.

Take Care.

I accept the apology. It takes a person of a certain character to admit their mistakes publicly but it takes an even better person to apologize for those mistakes. A OK in my book.

Adam-
Okay .... maybe you aren't a social reject/ dumbass. I agree with the others on this board, and it takes a true man to step up and take responsibility for his actions. I hereby retract all negative statements I may have thrown in your direction. HOWEVER, I do not retract my comment towards those who are frequently bitching about how slow the board is, or how the old posts need to be deleted, or how the material is outdated. BE THANKFUL YOU HAVE THIS BOARD AT ALL!

My sincerest apologies,
Julian

I too take back the things that I was thinking, as others have said, it takes a pair to admit ones mistakes publiclly and apologize for them.

Everyone who has said or done something dumb in anger raise their hand :)

OK OK OK Put them down :D

Welcome back Adam

I was just reading the other thread (about M and ham radios, etc.) and I must say, that's great that you apologized, that takes some guts to apologize to an entire board. Most of us probably figured that someone got you started, because your one of the "senior members". As a "senior member" myself, I must congratulate you on your wonderful efforts to apologize, and get the smoke cleared from the boards.

Keep it up :)

Mr. West
Thank you for apologizing, I compleatly understand how sometimes people get upset and then lash out at someone else. I accept your apologie and I hope that you can accept my apology for writting you what I did. I was a little upset at what you said and I said some stuff I'm not proud of either.

Apology accepted, hope you understand a little more about amateur radio and it's users. It does take a real man to step up to the plate, and publicly apologize and accept full responsibility for his actions. While I took offense to your comments, I forgive you and respect you for at least standing up and not being a coward or troll.
