HT 1250 internal battery

I have a ht1250 the clock resets back to 1200 when turned off their is a internal battery when i open the radio i cant find it does anyone have pics of where its at

Only the LS and LS+ models have that battery. If you open the unit up you will see the spot on the board where it goes. I'm having a problem describing the shape but it's located right behind the bottom 2 buttons.

Yes there is a battery in HT1250 radios an not necesary true in all model here is parts number MS621 you can find this at Radioshack or Mouser also in Digit-key average cost is less that $3.00.

Location once you open radio see on/off swch is with your eye go toward flex connector you will see a silicon cover most are clear their is your battery.
