Astro Saber Programming

I recently acquired a lot of UHF ASI's. 4 of them are P25 and 2 are Analog only.

2 of the P25 radios will not respond to a program request. All other 4 did fine.

Details of these 2 radios:

H04SDC9PW5AN
100001000007

They turn on and talk to eachother fine on the simplex frequency in them, just will not go into programming mode.

Ideas?

So I used the cable that came with them instead of my own, and they both went into programing mode. One took the clone, and the other did not. Am tempted to try an earlier version of CPS and see what happens...
