QCII Paging on XTS1500's

I have a XTS1500 that does paging differently than this one shown in this youtube video....

Mine Beeps twice then opens back up for the tones and voice... Not very good for waking someone up...

I want it to act like my old HT1000 did when it beeped until the tones were over, then opened for voice, or like a minitor if you will. (Or beep 4 times as shown in the video, but before the tones are finished...

Anybody know how you get a XTS to do this?
