HT750 Earmics

Does anyone know if they is a better earmic then the CommPort? We use them at my FD and the little thingy that goes in the ear doesn't stay in well. Is there a molded earpiece or something available? Thanks!

I have found an earmic that works great. It's made by a little company in Lancaster Ca and I have sold hundreds of them to Fed, State and local agencies.

$65.00 for the Mic and depending on the radio, $50 tp $85 for the adapter.
