Anyone know where i can fine the driver for the PMKN4012A programming cable ? Thanks

There isn't a separate, downloadable driver. It is installed when you install the appropriate CPS.

Perhaps you can explain the issue you're having?

I loaded the software and when i power on the radio it says " The File "USB8023' on the motorola install disk is needed.

usb8023.sys shows up as a Microsoft driver, not a Motorola driver, and should be part of your Windows install.
