Maxtrac Codeplug Upgrade

Is it possible to Upgrade a Maxtrac 800mhz B1 or B3 codeplug to a C5 or C7?

NO. Smartnet requires the smartnet prom HLN9383. Most B1, B3 units only had the 5 pin logic board.
