FL 01/79 Error Code and MCS2000

Post by k3td »

I have a used MCS2000 M01WJL4PW4CN that shows FL 01/79 when turned on during the self check before the display changes to A C1. I believe FL 01/79 is a non-fatal error code but want to be sure before I have the radio programmed for amateur use. Do I need to be concerned about it?

Thanks,
Tad, K3TD
