MOL Repair Status - No Record found

MOL Repair Status - No Record found

I have sent in a pager for warranty work, now all of a sudden the repair status has disappeared in my MOL account, cannot even locate it using the RMA number....anyone else having a problem of disappearing RMA's?

Yep, I had the same problem. The information disappeared as soon as the radio was logged at the depot. You need to call Motorola or open a case through MOL and they will get the information back for you.

Thanks, that's exactly what happened to me too, as soon as it hit Juarez's doors it disappeared.....I'll open a case...Thanks

Just happened to me this week as well - opened a case and it was back in my MOL in a couple of days.
