apcosystem (nick) & Astro radio's

Post by radioguy31 »

I just wanted to say i have seen alot of people on this board complaining and bitching about apcosystem (nick) Aka watchbuddy,

I have had nothing but good and fair dealing's with him i have just bought a second radio and i am waiting to get a third from him which he has told me would be ready next week. he has had some employee problem's but he is a great guy and i would buy these radios from him all day long. has done good by me.

try to fine a apco astro 25 radio with a warranty (from Him) at a great price from someone else.

thanks Nick.

I agree with you 100 %. I had a small programming issue that was cleared right up. He also services the products that he sells.

When was the last time anyone delt with Motorola ? Now that's something to :o about !!!!!!!!!!

Just my 2 cents

I have nothing but respect for the guy, but its been a few months and I'm still trying to get him to service an XTS i got from him (4 months) ago that has issues from the day it arrived to me. I'm sure he'll take care of it, just seems like he's swamped with work and some things get lost in the shuffle..

I'm one of them at the moment... I'll post a happy ending for sure once its fixed and everything.

I think most of us agree that Nick is a decent, Honest man and that his radio's are not junk. This topic has been discussed here many, many times in the recent history. I think it is time to give it a rest. Not much more can be said now without re-telling something that has already been told a thousand times before.

I recieved my AS3 on saturday. I ordered the radio on the 11th , but I needed nick to program the radio for me.
The radio was brand new and in perfect shape. He even threw in a belt clip.

Nick's radios are great I just got a VHF XTS from him and as always they work great and he sent out the radio the next day after I payed so what more can you ask for. I just cannot imagine how much I would be paying if I got it directly from Motorola, I probaly would be broke lol.

OK -

The issue has been covered on here so many times, that I'm going to lock this thread.

If you want more info search for watchbuddy
