Opinions on XTS3000 please

Been thinking about getting one on uhf

Those of you who have them, what are you likes and dislikes?

Just as with any of the new Motorola HT's, don't drop it. They break easy and are a bit expensive to fix properly.Other than that, I like my XTS just fine. Got a 3500, and I use it every day to yap on a couple of repeaters in my area. Will and Mr. Earnhart can attest to the functionality of it.

I use an XTS and AS at work. My dislikes are:
A little more bulker than the AS, and I don't like the offset vol/chan changers. Also the "snap together" construction worries me a little. Other than that, it works just the same as the AS. I like the slim design and the nuts & bolts construction of the AS.
