NEED HELP WITH XTL5000 CONVERSION FROM W4 TO O5

Hi every one looking for part no. to convert Motorola xtl5000 VER. from w4 head to O5 head i did upgrade the firmware of the radio to R16.00.00 which matches the O5 head but i need the parts no. to convert from W4 to O5 dash mount heads

looking for the part no. for the casket , ribbon flex cable , screws , to install the O5 head as dash mount

I did this already. Only exception i mine is a remote mount. Let me know if you still need the info.
