I'm scratching my head over the phantom power that should be available on the Tx audio pin (11) on the Trbo accessory connector.
There is power there to power a remote microphone sometimes, but most of the time there is no power there. The fact that there is power there sometimes tells me the circuitry is there, but I can't find anywhere in the programming where it mentions turning this feature ON (or OFF).
I'm using a HMN3008 microphone with the LED so I can see when the phantom power appears, then the mic works fine. Its in a mobile application so the radio power is being cycled and near 100% of the time when the radio is turned ON, the phantom power is not there, then at some point its suddenly there!
Its not in the wiring as I have measured the voltage directly at the pin. I also have tried several radios and some have voltage and some don't (not programmed the same though)
any ideas?

Update: we did a firmware update to the latest firmware and so far we have phantom power on the Tx audio pin.
