XTS3000 Firmware Question

I haven't found an exact answer to this and motorola's website is being less than cooperative. Are you required to have an MOL account in order to obtain any new firmware for the XTS3000 radios or am I SOL because the radio is no longer supported or is there a section of their site I am just not finding that has it? I have applied for an MOL account but have yet to hear anything back so I am not sure what the issue is.
