MC1000 remote
I searched this forum but didn't find this answer. How do you program a M MC1000 remote? specifically how do you change it from 2 wire to 4 wire? The one I have is the basic unit with minimum push buttons on it.
Re: MC1000 remote
If you look in the MC1000 basic tone control deskset operator and installation manual # 6880309K75-O on page 2-10 you will find the answer. It is done by programming the deskset.VSP5151 wrote:I searched this forum but didn't find this answer. How do you program a M MC1000 remote? specifically how do you change it from 2 wire to 4 wire? The manual can be downloaded from the MOL site if you have a Motorola account.

Re: MC1000 remote
Thanks. Some references say that it can be programmed from the existing keys on the unit while other references suggest that software is needed.
Re: MC1000 remote
From the manual it is simple to program using the keys on the front.
