Any CPS out of band programming tricks?

Post by ChrisNYC »

I was wondering if there are any tricks to program a MTS2000 slightly out of band using CPS. I know the trick for certain versions of RSS by holding down the shift key during frequency entry.

I only want to do this to receive a couple of public service frequencies a few megahertz above the 470 meg top end of the radio.

Thanks!

Everything you need to know is here. But it's not as easy to do as the "shift key" trick. This allows me to program 900 ham freq's on my MTS2000, & MCS2000 radios. Good luck. GARY
