Xtl 5000 to astro siren package cable

As stated above, can the same cable from a non astro siren package say from a regular Spectra radio be used with the XLT 5000 radio? I have the Astro siren system NIB but no cable. Or is there a certain cable needed for it to work. All I really need is the PA and external radio function to work. And do I have to run a DEK for it, or can the radio run it with changes in programming?

HKN4363 is the cable which I believe has been the same since the regular Spectra radios. If you have a W-series control head you don't need a DEK to control it. If you have the newer O5 control head you will need a DEK.
