Does anyone know can I program the 16 channel cp200 uhf with a all call channel with in the scan feature? I want some cp200 with 10 channels but 2 of them I want to go to channel 11 and be able to talk to everyone incase of a emergency???? Please help

I haven't touched a CP200 in many years, but I am thinking you could create a scan list that is assigned to every channel with Selected and your channel 11 channel in it. Set it up to auto scan, and set the 11 channel to the priority channel. That means though that you would have to put that 11 channel in each radio, but you could potentially put it in as RX only to control who has access to it.
