XPR8400 UHF no rx or tx

I have a XPR8400 UHF that only has a power light, 2 fans, and 12 volts working. What are possible causes? NO RX or TX. My repeater is a 25 watt. Will receive module from a 40 watt unit sub into my unit for testing or repair? I can read and write back into it ok. Everything looks good in program. Disable light blinks while rebooting after write.
