CM340 bricked?

Hi,
Was doing a firmware upgrade on my CM340. During the upgrade process, my PC decided to bluescreen leaving the memory corrupted or blank. When applying power to the radio, all I get is intermittent flickering and tapping sounds from the speaker. Not sure if it is possible to get it into bootstrap mode, but regardless it won't read or write the EEPROM.
Is there anything that I can do with this radio to restore the code and get it working, or have I simply bricked it?

I don't have a full memory read-out saved from the EEPROM, only the codeplug from CPS.

Any thoughts?
