WHEN I TRY TO READ A P1225 THE SCREEN JUST SAYS READING DEVICE PLEASE WAIT >>>> THEN NOTHING HAPPENS>>>>> MY RIB HAS GOOD POWER AND I TRIED 2 CABLES STILL NO GO >>>ANY HELP FOR ME??

First, have you used the cable and rib before to read a 1225? Also, check the com port setting.
