I'm trying to program a R100 for a customer. Only problem is, I've never programmed a R100 before and I have no documentation. I need to change the freqs from 464.325 to 464.300 and TX 5Mhz +
How do I do it?
Thanks

Hi:
To program a R100, you will need a Stable 386-486-25 Mhz
Computer running DOS 6.22 and a Program Cable ( No
Rib Box Required ) BUT a special R100 Program Cable is
needed.
I have some Factory ones if you are interested, or if you
are pretty savvy at construction, there is a basic layout
here on Batlabs I submitted a while back......
Also, a 25 to 9 pin Dongle is needed to go to the RS-232 Port
I have some " Basic " Program instructions which can be found
@ http://www2.4dcomm.com/metrotech/r100_tx.jpg
As a note: If you have a DPL unit, it can only be DPL, you
can not change it to PL just by programming....Only way
of doing that is with a aftermarket encoder / decoder
