Maxon sm-4150 programming euipment?

Post by boomer632 »

What do I need to program this radio? Im familiar with the motorola RIB, cables etc, but not sure what I need for this one. Can it be programmed through the mic jack like the m1225? Do I need a Maxon RIB and cable?

Thanks in advance.

The Maxon SM4150 is programmed by removing the top cover and inside the radio you remove the chip and plug into the socket now exposed then also a single wire plug end is also plugged in near the front left side on the circuit bd.

The Maxon SM4150 Uses a seperate rib cable combination type program cable.

I no longer have any of the Maxons on my systems therfore i sold the setup .
