HT600 final xistor part number

A friend of mine has an ht600 with a bad final.

the radio is barely moving the wattmeter needle.

does anyone know of a cross ref or other part number that rf parts or another company can look up?

the number on the transistor itself is not in any non oem's catalog.

The final power amp is a 5-pin module, probably only made by, or for, Motorola. They'd be the best source. There are a dozen part numbers depending on UHF/VHF, the frequency range, and power output. Should be fairly straight-forward to replace however.
