A client bought some used Visars but I cannot program it.
The model is H05KDH9AN7BN.
I know it is VHF nothing else

The H05KDH9AN7BN model number suggests that this is a radio with “Select 5” signaling. This cannot be programmed with the North American RSS and likely needs the European RSS for that radio. I don’t know what models are in use in Brazil. I assume it is the same as what is used in North America.
