Mfg Code: 5C00080004807 ?

On a popular auction site just viewed a seller offers an Astro-Spectra PLUS Consolette the rear label of which shows " MFG CODE 5C00080004807, but photo of display shows 580008-000480-2 scrolling. Presumably it is the same radio as is in the Consolette. The whole thing is a little confusing.

What kind of flash code is 5C00080004807 ?

Well the one with the C in it would contain options for multikey and multikey with OTAR. OTAR multikey already contains multikey so it would make no sense to have both options. I'd say a misprint or fake tag.


Edit - just looked at the auction. It looks like it was a upgrade kit. The tag was added to a normal astro spectra consolette. Probably a misprint from when they ordered the kit.

Thanks for looking into that. I didn't quite understand that code and what was shown as the scrolled code now in the radio.
