Looking for help interfacing XPR8300 to an Arcom RC210 controller... anyone have a source for a pre-made cable?

the rear accessory connector of XPR8300 in analog mode only could be interfaced to an external device like RC210 . what is the objective ?
RX Audio pin 14
TX Audio pin 11
PTT pin 17
GND pin 16 &18
