Firmware 2.8.0 and CPS 14 (build 738)

Does anyone know if TRBO CPS 14 (Build 738) can read/write to a firmware 2.8.0 subscriber?

Chances are no. Since it's the newest FW, it's more than likely only programmable with cps15.0 build 754. Upgrading the subscriber unit to ver 2.8 shouldn't even be possible unless you're using CPS 15.

Just tried this afternoon.

2.08 firmware requires cps 15 to read/upgrade.
