Consumer bluetooth headsets for APX

So I have been using a Gonovate G10 with my APX's for discreet listening in the office and for non-mission critical things.. works pretty well but the audio quality leaves a lot to be desired.

I am looking at some of the around the neck Bluetooth headsets geared toward music. Has anyone found any of these that will pair to two devices at once ie listen to music and the radio audio at the same time? Most of what I have seen is one or the other.
