Help with CPS R06.04.00 Region hack

Help with CPS R06.04.00 Region hack

Im attempting do the region hack on my new laptop I installed cps on to program ht1250's, but I cant seem to find the spot in the registry to edit the correct file? Is their somewhere else it could be? Im on windows 10

That version is old. I would be looking for 6.12.05.
