cp200D loud audio
my cp200d seem to right to loud when i turn them on. is it a bad pot or something in the CPS i need to adjust

If it just started recently and you haven't changed anything in CPS, then yes, I'd say the volume pot has failed. I see it all the time and have to replace them often in our fleet. Mostly on the older Radius CP200s but have seen it with newer d models as well (that were several years old). Try opening the squelch and wiggle the knob forward and backward (instead of twisting it) to see if the volume changes. That will generally confirm a failure.
