Motorola XTL5000 : RADIO WIDE

Hi Gents,

On the radio wide menu, I am wondering how is the better setting to work on P25, in house environment.
At moment Digital AGC has been set On, voice quality is always low, not worth for Motorola's rig.
Before to post, I sis several search, but nothing really final..

Most of the post, was relative to the XTS version.. so.
