XPR5550 stuck in a reboot loop

Hi all!

We have a fleet of 7550 and 5550.
They used to be managed by radio provider but now we got it to our on premise RM server.

All is good programming the 7550.

5550 on the other hand started to go bad with most of the radio I enroled (read / apply config).

Did try different things without success. with/without ignition sensor, different psu, ... The one actually working ok on my bench I disabled RX audio leveling. Would an incompatible feature be allowed to be applied then creating an infinite loop?
