MOTOROLA DM 4601 STUCK ON LOGO AND INFITE BOOT

Hi to everyone , I have a problem with with a DM4601 that stuck on logo and reboot infinite time. I have put the radio trought rear short pinout in emergency mode . Radio boot in flashzap mode correctly . When try make the recovery with CPS or Motorbo depot tool I get ever the same error:

- UNABLE TO DETECT DEVICE

Radio in pc resource is recognized correctly, flashzap driver is good . I get this error with front usb programming cable accessory and with rear usb programming cable accessory . Now my question is , for this flash I need to specific cable or tool box ? Someone can explain me how to recovery file in emergency mode ? Many thank in advance
